TiMoLi Refund & Satisfaction Policy

At TiMoLi, we pour our heart and soul into every batch of our specialty sauce. Because our sauce is a consumable food item, for safety and quality reasons, we cannot accept physical returns once they have shipped.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority:

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your bottle arrives damaged please take a photo and email it to timolifoods@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Retail Purchases:

If you purchased your TiMoLi sauce bottle at a local store, please contact that retailer directly for their specific return/refund policy.
